As we head into the summer and prepare for our biggest event of the year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has already been an incredible 2026 for Twisted Tree Brewery.
When we started this journey, our goal was simple: brew great beer and build something that people wanted to be part of. Thanks to the support of our customers, stockists and everyone who has visited the brewery, we're proud to say that 2026 has already exceeded our expectations.
Record Beer Sales
The biggest headline for us this year has been growth.
Over the last few months, we've delivered more beer to pubs and venues than at any other point in our history. Seeing Twisted Tree beers appear in more bars, taprooms and pubs across the region has been hugely rewarding and is a real testament to the support we've received from both existing and new customers.
While brewing remains at the heart of everything we do, we're continuing to invest in the brewery, equipment and the business as a whole to ensure we can keep improving and growing sustainably.
Award-Winning Beer
We've also been delighted to see our beers receiving recognition on the competition circuit.
Our Black IPA, The Bark Side, recently picked up another Gold Award, continuing what has been an incredible run for one of our favourite beers. It's always satisfying when a beer that customers love also receives recognition from judges within the industry.
Of course, awards are fantastic, but hearing customers ask when a particular beer is returning is often the greatest compliment of all.
New Releases and Returning Favourites
2026 has already seen several new beers leave the brewery, with plenty more planned for the remainder of the year.
One beer that continues to generate excitement is Mangrove Madness, our tropical mango pale ale. Every time it returns, it seems to disappear just as quickly, and we're delighted to have it back in stock online in both bottles and cans.
Alongside our core range, we're continuing to experiment with new styles and seasonal releases, ensuring there's always something new for customers to discover.
Building a Brewery Community
One of the most enjoyable aspects of running Twisted Tree has been meeting the people who support us.
Our monthly taproom weekends continue to grow, bringing together beer lovers from across Oxfordshire and beyond. These events have become about much more than beer, creating a relaxed environment where people can enjoy great drinks, good food and good company.
Whether you're joining us for a pint, collecting an online order or simply stopping by for a chat, we're grateful for every visit.
Our First Ever Beer Festival
June marks a huge milestone for the brewery as we host our first ever Beer & Cider Festival.
With more than 40 beers and ciders, live music, food vendors, family entertainment and plenty of Twisted Tree favourites, it's shaping up to be one of the biggest events we've ever hosted.
As a young independent brewery, organising an event of this scale is both exciting and slightly terrifying—but we're looking forward to welcoming everyone through the gates and raising a glass together.
Looking Ahead
The second half of 2026 is already looking busy.
We have new beer releases planned, more taproom weekends on the calendar and exciting opportunities to continue expanding our reach into pubs, bars and retail outlets.
Most importantly, we'll continue focusing on what got us here in the first place: brewing great beer and sharing it with great people.
Thank you for supporting Twisted Tree Brewery. Whether you've bought a bottle online, ordered a pint in a pub, attended an open weekend or simply shared one of our posts, you've helped make this journey possible.
Here's to an even bigger second half of 2026.
Cheers,
Twisted Tree Brewery Team
